The stay was amazing. The buffet was delicious and ample of options. Both the breakfast and dinner was awesome. We had our 1+1 happy hours as well , though it was not reflecting initially to the hotel management but they did arrange it on request later. Very nice behaviour of stuff and ambience and decor was excellent being the Christmas night

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Really liked the bedroom which was comfortable and attractive with all the necessary amenities for our trip. The food throughout was also great for all meals and the services were very helpful. Well located and friendly and courteous staff with a great welcome.

It was clean and hygenic. Food was tasty at Mughal Room and also for Breakfast. Variety of food was adequate. Had coffee which again was very good. Person who served us coffee was prompt and courteous. House Keeping staff was very courteous and prompt. Rooms were located from where Taj Mahal was partially visible. Excellent view.

Excellent front office . They let us keep one room for extra time as we had to go to Taj . Dinner at Mughal room was excellent

Very friendly staff and especially helpful and friendly duty manager. Good buffet, comfortable bed and located in a quiet part of town. We arrived unexpectedly early and there was no trouble checking in. Great value.

Staff are friendly, hotel has large quiet grounds. This was first 5* hotel built in Agra - in 1970s. Showing a bit of wear around the edges, but everything works. Definite value for money.

Upmarket hotel conveniently located about 2km from Taj Mahal. We spent two restful mornings using the large swimming pool and sun loungers.

Great hotel- best in everything, clean rooms, good facilities, beautiful decor, they accommodated extra bed in the same and accommodated my 4 young kids for the price of one extra bed. great staff, great food, will visit again when there is a chance
